Hi Lizzy, I have created an Account for Del Rey Workshop on the 2/9/2015 with the ticket agency but have not received a code number.

I just emailed them and will check to see if I receive a reply in the morning.

  I have just looked at the sales report on the site and it looks as if yours has not gone through yet for some reason. Please do let me know what they say in reply to your email.
  
  I am very sorry that you have had bother with this. I have never sold tickets through them before but I have bought tickets and not had any problems. I hope that they get it sorted out for you quickly! If not, then I will contact them as well as this is not good ;-(
